Investigators Seeking Additional Victims of Sexual Assault NR15136lp

Los Angeles: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Van Nuys Division arrested 45-year-old Hong Quiang Shi (AKA "Steven") for felony sexual assault.

On March 30, 2015, around 1:45 p.m. Shi was arrested in the 14400 block of Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, where he worked as a massage therapist at Super Relax Massage. Shi sexually assaulted numerous victims while providing massage services.

The District Attorney has filed four felony counts against Shi.

Detectives believe there may be other unreported sexual assault victims and are asking for the public's assistance in locating additional victims.

During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7. Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
