Why:
On Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at around 8:21 p.m., the victim, Mitchell Maya, was leaving his residence in the 700 block of N. Breed Street, in the City of Los Angeles. As Maya walked towards his vehicle the suspect(s) fired several rounds striking Maya multiple times. Maya died as a result of his injuries.
