Where: Exposition Park "Epic" Swim Stadium, 3980 South Menlo Avenue, and Los Angeles
Los Angeles: The staff of the Los Angels Police Department’s Operations South Bureau is pleased to announce its Annual Town Hall Meeting. Chief of Police William J. Bratton will be the principal speaker and will discuss a wide range of key issues of importance with the community. He will also participate in a question and answer session with members of the community.
The Commanding Officers of the five South Bureau Community Police Stations, Southwest, Harbor, 77th, Southeast and South Traffic Divisions will be present as will the Senior Lead Officers of each Division, to answer questions and provide valuable feedback concerning crime and quality of life issues in their respective areas. Other prominent City officials will also be in attendance.
Representatives from other City departments such as the Office of the City Attorney, Recreations & Parks and Department of Transportation, will also be available offer information about their services. In addition, community members will have an opportunity to view a mobile display of the Los Angeles Police Historical Museum, obtain crime prevention literature as well as recruitment information about a rewarding career with the Los Angeles Police Department.
