87-Year-Old Chinese Woman Missing and is in Need of Medication

Los Angeles: The LAPD is asking for the public’s help to locate Jan Kou, an 87-year-old Chinese woman who suffers from Alzheimer’s and Diabetes.

On Saturday, August 9, 2008, around 10:30 a.m., Jan Kou walked away from her family’s home in the 300 block of South Olive Street, Los Angeles. Ms. Kou suffers from Alzheimer’s and Diabetes and has not had her required medication.

Ms. Kou stands 5’2” tall, weighs 115 pounds, has grey hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a pink and purple floral printed jacket with brown pants and brown shoes. She was also carrying a black pouch and wearing dark sunglasses.
