45-Year-Old Missing Woman NR15911jk

Ms. Noemi Azueta Gongora was found on Sunday at a local area hospital. Her family is with her.

Los Angeles:
The family of Nancy Noemi Azueta Gongora and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit requests the public's assistance in locating her.

Nancy was last seen on December 1, 2015, at the 7-11 on 54th Street and Figueroa Street around 4:30 p.m. in the City of Los Angeles. Nancy suffers from Alzheimer's Disease and has epileptic seizures. Nancy has not been seen or heard from and her family is concerned for her welfare.

Nancy is described as a 45-year-old female Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 122 pounds. Nancy was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and light blue tennis shoes.
