WHY:
To celebrate the life of Randy Simmons and to carry on his legacy of caring for the community. During the event, personnel from the Los Angeles Police Department, the community and the Sunburst Youth Challenge Academy will join together to clean and enhance the Randal D. Simmons Park and the surrounding areas.
