WHAT:
A News Conference to announce a $50,000 reward offered by the Los Angeles City Council for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspects responsible for the murder of 15-year-old Willy Barrios.

WHY:
On Monday, October 26, 2015, at around 2:20 a.m. officers saw William lying on the sidewalk. He was found on Van Nuys Boulevard near Norris Avenue. William was shot on the head and was pronounced dead by the Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.

The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the perpetrators involved in this murder.
