Felony Hit and Run Driver and Passengers Wanted

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department's Central Traffic Division are asking for the public's help in providing any information that would lead to the identification of the driver and passengers involved in a felony hit and run collision.

On March 11, 2019, around 11:40 a.m., a felony hit and run occurred at Olympic Blvd and Georgia Street. The victim was travelling eastbound on Olympic Boulevard and was stopped for a red phase tri-light at Georgia Street. When the tri-light changed to green, a black 2019 Rolls Royce, which was travelling westbound on Olympic Boulevard and was negotiating a southbound turn onto Georgia Street, failed to yield for eastbound traffic. The victim proceeded forward on the green light and collided with the right rear side of the Rolls Royce. Both drivers stopped and exited their vehicles. The Rolls Royce had a female and male passenger who also exited.

The victim attempted to exchange information with the driver of the Rolls Royce, however he refused. The driver of the Rolls Royce eventually walked away from the scene and left the care of the Rolls Royce with his male passenger. The male passenger had the Rolls Royce parked in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel underground parking and walked away, with the female passenger. Neither the driver or the passengers identified themselves to the victim, who sustained minor injuries from the collision.

The driver is described as a male Black, around 25 to 35-years-old, standing around 5 feet 10 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and thin goatee. He was wearing black baseball cap with black lettering, black hooded sweater, black leather jacket, black skinny jeans, white socks, sandals with orange/red/white design.

The male passenger is a male Black, around 30 to 40-years-old, standing 6 feet tall, around 220 pounds. He had thin goatee/beard, wearing a black hooded sweater, and gray pants.

The female passenger is a female black, around 30 to 40-years-old, standing around 5 feet 6 inches tall, around 135 pounds. She had black hair, gray hooded sweater, pink pants.
