Special Operations Division (SOD) reports directly to the Commanding Officer, Professional Standards Bureau. It is comprised of officers dedicated to provide support for internal investigations. The SOD also provides support for the Ethics Enforcement Section which conducts operations audits as required by the Consent Decree.
