78-year-old Critical Missing Male NR15026jk

Los Angeles: The family of Samuel Moore and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit detectives are asking for the public's help to locate Mr. Moore.

Mr. Moore was last seen on Monday, January 26, 2015, around 12:30 p.m., in the 600 block of Alta Vista Avenue in the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Moore suffers from Dementia and is in need of his medication. His family is extremely concerned that he has not been located.

Samuel Moore is described as a 78-year-old Black male with gray hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.

Anyone with information on Samuel Moore's whereabouts is asked to contact LAPD, Missing Person's Unit Detective A. Mercado at 213-996-1800.
