Two Men Shot, One Dead in Southeast Los Angeles

Los Angeles: Two Los Angeles men were shot Sunday and one died from his injuries following an early-morning dispute.

At approximately 5:45 AM, police officers were called to a shooting in the 1100 block of East 118th Street. One victim, Clyde Johnson, a 52-year-old black man, was transported by paramedics to a local hospital where he later died. The second victim, a 28-year-old black man, was also transported to a local hospital where he remains in serious but stable condition.

The male black suspect, Jamal Sims, 28 years of age, is still at large.
