Police Explorers Graduation Ceremony

The Los Angeles Police Department proudly announces the Second Explorer Class to graduate under the "Explorer 2000" program. The graduation ceremony will take place on:

Sunday, June 25, 2000, at 10:25 AM,
LAPD Academy, 1880 North Academy Drive,
Los Angeles.

The class of 85 explorers have successfully completed 128 hours of training. Following the graduation the explorers will receive their assignments to the police station closest to their area of residence. Their duties include community services and non-hazardous police duties.

You are invited to witness and participate in the celebrations as these young men and women, and their families, join the Los Angeles Police Department to "protect and to serve" our communities.
