The Memorial Foundation provides financial grants to officers in times of catastrophic need including death, illness and injury. Also, the Memorial Foundation provides for the college education of the surviving dependents of officers killed in the line of duty.

The concert will be headlined by legendary rock singer Paul Rodgers and Smith’s own band Heaven & Earth.

All the artists involved have donated their time and 100% of the proceeds raised will go to the Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation. The concert is sponsored by The Avalon, All Access Magazine, Taser Corporation, Fender Guitars, Gibson Guitars and Black Star Records.
