LAPD Searches for Alzheimers Missing Woman NR10299ne

Update:  Martha Solorzano has been found and in good health.  She was found on June 7, 2010.

Los Angeles:  The Los Angeles Police Department and family members are asking for the public’s help in locating 56-year-old Martha Julia Solorzano.

Detectives say Martha Solorzano, was last seen on May 24, 2010, at around 2 p.m., in the area of the 300 block of East Winston Street in Downtown Los Angeles.  Martha has not been seen or heard from since.  Martha’s family is extremely concerned for her welfare.  Martha suffers from Alzheimer’s and other medical conditions and they are concerned that she may be in need of medical attention.

Martha is described as a female Hispanic, black hair and brown eyes.  She stands about 4 feet 11 inches and weighs about 120-140 pounds.  She is possibly wearing a red sweater, black shirt and blue pants.  She may also be going by the name of “Marta” or the nickname of “Tita”.  Martha speaks Spanish only.
