June 6, 2012On June 6, 2012, Mr. Glielmo contacted his family and has since made arrangements to return to Italy.

Los Angeles:  The family of Gianluca Glielmo and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating Glielmo, who has not been seen or heard from in nearly a month.

The 48-year-old Glielmo was last heard from by his family in Naples, Italy on April 17, 2012. He was officially reported missing there on April 18, 2012.  Family members were able to determine that Glielmo arrived at Los Angeles International Airport on May 2, 2012, but have not had any contact with him.  Glielmo suffers from depression and family members are very concerned for his well being.

Glielmo is a male White with a medium complexion, brown hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs approximately 232 pounds.

Anyone with information about Glielmo or his whereabouts is asked to contact the Los Angeles Police Department, Missing Persons Unit, Detective Carmine Sasso at 213-996-1800.
