Missing five year-old and grandmother

Saturday, May 27, 2000



"Missing 5 Year Old Along with Grandmother"

Los Angeles: On Friday, May 26, 2000 at approximately 5:20 p.m., Mrs. Sylvia Denton returned home and discovered her 56 year old mother, Mrs. Alice Stroud and 5 year old son, Christopher Denton had left her home on the 6427 South Hoover Street. They were last seen by neighbors in front of neighbor's residence.

Mrs. Alice Stroud is described as a female African-American, black hair, brown eyes, 5' 7", 150 lbs., thin build and dark complexion. She was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with sequins, gray and black blouse, blue pants, and brown shoes. Stroud suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. She was accompanied by Christopher Denton, male African-American, black hair, brown eyes, 3', 60 lbs. He is medium build and light complexion. He was last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt with yellow trim, white "Nike" T-shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes. Denton was riding a red "dirtbike" style of bicycle.
