WHY:
To showcase more than 100 pieces of artwork created by kids who participate in the Devonshire Area PALS Youth Center Art Program under the direction of Ingrid Skillman-Hudshon.

The primary goal of the Devonshire Area Police Activity League Supporters (PALS) is to develop character in youth, prevent juvenile crime and create safer communities by giving kids a fun place to play and learn.  The program is based on the principle that if young people are reached early enough, they can develop strong, positive attitudes toward police officers and respect for the law.
