On May 2, 2017, William
Maclyn Murphy Eick walked into the San Fernando Court house along
with his attorney and turned himself in. Eick was booked and later
posted bail on the same day.

Mission Hills: Sex Crimes detectives from the Los
Angeles Police Department’s Mission Division are seeking additional
victims of William Maclyn Murphy Eick.

Eick was a teacher at Bishop Alemany High School between 2009 and
2016. He met his victims/students in his capacity as a teacher and
took advantage of his position to gain their trust. Eick then
engaged in sexual intercourse with them.

Eick has an arrest warrant for 261.5 (c) PC- Unlawful Sex with a
Minor and 288a (b) (1) PC- Oral Copulation.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims of other
unreported incidents and are asking for the public’s assistance in
locating them.
