Los Angeles: The Los Angeles
Police Department’s Commercial Crimes Division, Burglary Special
Section detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in
apprehending a burglary suspect who has been identified in several
burglaries in the Valley and South Los Angeles Area.

From August 12, 2016 to September 21, 2016 Los Angeles Police
Department Commercial Crimes Division, Burglary Special Section was
investigating and attempting to identify three suspects responsible
for a series of commercial burglaries at city-wide donut shops and
small businesses.

The suspects would portray themselves as California State Lottery
(CSL) employees by using fraudulent identification and uniforms.
The suspects would enter the business with play slips and CSL
(California State Lottery) stamped receipt rolls.

The suspects would tell the employees they were there to service
the terminals. Suspect #1 would distract the employee while suspect
#2 would go to the CSL terminal and print several hundred, and
sometimes thousands of Hot Spot tickets.

The suspects walk out of the location with the stolen lottery
tickets.

The suspects are responsible for fifteen commercial burglaries in
the City of Los Angeles.

Felony Warrant $205,000.00

John Adams was taken into custody on September 26, 2016. The
District Attorney’s Office has filed an arrest warrant for Victor
Perry Guy in the amount $205,000.00 for the above
investigation.

The Los Angeles Police Department is seeking the public’s help in
the location of Victor Perry Guy.

Victor Perry Guy is described as a male, white, 51 years old,
approximately 5 feet 11inches tall, medium salt and pepper hair and
approximately 220 lbs.
