POLICE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CLIFFORD WATSON, SERIAL NO. E8934

PSR II Clifford Watson is the embodiment of dedication.  Mr. Watson enhances the War Room's ability to clearly identify and analyze patterns with his extensive computer abilities.  His understanding the various software systems utilized by the Department has increased efficiency, accuracy, and clarity.  Mr. Watson produces crime trending charts, tracks daily crime totals and projects weekly totals, as well as coordinating with the Mission Area Records Unit to ensure proper classification of crime reports.  He recently reevaluated the "ten percent locations" list and refined the criteria for inclusion.  With his graphics expertise, he produced a "ten percent locations" map that is effective, professional, and eye-catching.  Mr. Watson's knowledge of the Smartboard system make it possible to draw on a wide variety of information at a moment's notice and include it in a dynamic briefing session.  Cliff is a critical member of the team and has truly earned this recognition through his significant contribution to Mission Area's crime fighting efforts.
