LAPD Harbor Area Senior Lead Officers
LAPD Harbor Area Officers
LAPD Harbor Area Police Explorers
Harbor Area Community Police Advisory Board (CPAB)

Why:
To provide much-needed Halloween safety tips to the public.  
Harbor area officers and CPAB members will outreach and educate community  
members about safety on this Halloween day.
