WHY:
The "Safe and Sober Driving Awareness Seminar" is an event for community members. We are focusing our attention on the youth because they are the largest group currently obtaining driver's licenses. The key is for our youth to make sound judgment calls before they get behind the wheel.

The goal of the "Safe and Sober Driving Awareness Seminar" is to educate the community and reduce the number of traffic-related incidents involving alcohol. This event will benefit all community members, specifically high school students. Topic experts will engage in dialogue, answer questions, and provide material that will assist and educate the community.

This event is free to all attendees and participants. Free parking is located at 12001 Blucher Avenue, Granada Hills, California 91340. Guests may enter the parking lot from Blucher Street.

For additional information please contact Sergeant Julian Munoz, Mission Area Community Relations Officer-in-Charge, at (818) 838-9860.
