Amber Alert: Parental Abduction of 15–Month Old Baby Boy NR17337ml

Boyle Heights: Hollenbeck Division detectives have identified Carlos Ivan Reyna Lara as the parent who abducted Noe Reyna. Carlos Ivan Reyna Lara was born on 07/01/82. Detectives believe that Reyna Lara has made his way to the state of Sonora in Mexico.




Boyle Heights:
Department of Children Family Services and detectives from Los Angeles Police Department Hollenbeck Division are asking for the public's assistance in locating Noe Reyna a 15- month old boy who was abducted by his father.

On November 14, 2017, Noe Reyna was last seen at 4:00 p.m., in the 2000 block of East 4th Street in Boyle Heights. Noe Reyna was taken by his father known as Carlos Reyna or Ivan Reyna, who does not have custody rights.

Department of Children Family Services had a court order issue on November 14, 2017 to take Noe Reyna into Protective Custody. Both Parents were in court and notified of the court order.

Noe Reyna is described as a 15-month-old baby boy with black hair, brown eyes, standing at 2 feet tall, weighing approximately 35 lbs.

Noe Reyna was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, black shorts with 2 green stripes, black tennis shoes.
