WHAT:
The Binational Front of Indigenous Organizations (FIOB) and the Los Angeles Police Department are joining efforts to better serve indigenous communities in the Los Angeles Area. The county of Los Angeles has the highest population of indigenous residents, having the largest communities of Zapotecs, Mixes, Chinantecos, from Mexico as well as Kanjobales, Quiches, Mams and Chujs, from Guatemala.
