The Los Angeles Police Department's Mission Division addresses drugs, gangs, crime, and the rise in the incidence of bullying in schools by organizing the 44th Elementary School, "Just Say No!" rally

WHY:
To raise awareness, educate others, and inspire a call to action against bullying. Join the movement during October's National Bullying Prevention Month. It is a time when communities can unite nationwide to raise awareness of bullying prevention through events, activities, outreach, and education.
