Critical Missing 86-Year-Old Female NR19306ll

Francis Rollen was located in Foothill Division. She was returned safely to her residence.


Northridge:
The family of Francis Rollen and detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Devonshire Division are asking for the public's help in locating her.

Rollen was last seen on November 11, 2019, around 4:30 p.m., last seen leaving a Starbucks located on Devonshire and Balboa Avenue. Rollen suffers from dementia and high blood pressure and takes prescribed medication for both conditions.

Rollen is described as a 86-year-old female with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds.
