Critical Missing 18-Year-Old Young Man NR20229ne

Richard had been found and reunited with his family.
Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department Olympic Area and the parents of Richard Min Kim is seeking the public's help in locating him.
Richard was last seen on September 11, 2020, around 9:30 a.m. Richard for unknow reason suddenly put on his running shoes and ran out of his apartment complex. Richard's father chased him but was unable to catch up to him due to his speed. Richard is a Marathon runner and his parents are concerned that he might not pay attention to traffic or traffic signals. Richard has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old.
