WHY:
North Hollywood Detective Division detectives have arrested a male suspect identified in a series of sexual batteries of women in the San Fernando Valley.  Subsequent investigation has revealed that the suspect is possibly involved in additional sexual batteries of victims throughout the San Fernando Valley area.  The known female victims ranged in age from teenagers to adults.  The suspect’s identity will be revealed along with a photo of the suspect as well as other information regarding the investigation.

On November 8, 2013, the DA filed multiple felony and misdemeanor counts against the suspect. The suspect is a registered sex offender.  Between June and October, 2013, the suspect would drive around the North Hollywood area and find girls and women walking alone.  The suspect would walk up to these females and grab their buttocks with his hand and run off.  Several of the women identified him and others saw him in his SUV.  One woman was held as he grabbed her buttocks.  The suspect chased a 17 year old girl around, attempting to kidnap her.  The suspect exposed himself to another teenager.  The suspect grabbed another 15 year old girl twice; once on her arm and once on her buttocks.   Between the years of 2006-2007, the suspect committed and was convicted in a series of assaults in the San Fernando Valley.
