Missing Person Norma Leticia Soria

 

 

 

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department requests the public’s assistance in locating 25 year-old Norma Leticia Soria who suffers from a poor mental condition and is deaf and mute. She was last seen leaving her aunt’s home, located on the 11600 block of South Avalon Blvd., in the city of Los Angeles on November 16, 2002 at 8:00 a.m.

Norma Leticia Soria is a female Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. She is 4 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 144 pounds. Miss Soria was last seen wearing a white tee shirt with an unknown picture on the front, black pants, black tennis shoes and carrying a green tote bag her hair was also fixed in a bun.

Anyone with information should contact the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 213-485-5381 during business hours. On weekends and during off-hours, call the 24-hour toll free number at the Detective Information Desk at 1-877-LAWFULL (1-877-529-3855).
