Man Stabbed to Death in Alley

 

Los Angeles: On November 23, 2002, at approximately 10:40 p.m., the victim, 31 year-old Miguel Angel Bernal-Montez was stabbed to death in the alley located to the rear of the 8100 block of South Hoover Street. The victim and suspect are acquaintances and had an on-going dispute, which lead to the victim’s stabbing death. Information regarding the suspect is being withheld at this time pending further investigation. This incident is not believed to be gang-related.

 

The victim was transported to Martin Luther-King Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

 

77th Street Area Homicide Unit Detectives are conducting the investigation. Anyone with additional information regarding this shooting is asked to contact 213-485-1383.
