Los Angeles: On Thursday, November 28, 2002, at approximately 2:45 a.m., 35 year-old Michael Tuck, a residence of Pasadena, was ran over by his own vehicle, a 1974 Dodge van. According to witnesses, Tuck’s vehicle was parked northbound on Soto Street at Pomoroy Avenue in the number two lane of traffic with Tuck pinned underneath the left front tire. Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded and pronounced Tuck dead at scene.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Tuck had mechanical problems with his vehicle on the roadway. While he was attempting to repair the vehicle, the vehicle rolled forward and pinning him underneath.
