Why:
To collect non-perishable food items for under-privileged families.  According to Sgt. Justin Scott, Officer-in-Charge of the West Los Angeles Community Relations Office, “Last year we raised over 6,500 pounds of food which made a huge impact in the lives of many families.  This year, we would like to double that number and are asking for the public’s help to accomplish our goal.”
