Elderly Woman on Dialysis Missing NR14452jk

Ms. Moquin has been located in good condition.


Los Angeles:
  The family of Lola Bernice Moquin and Los Angeles Police Department Missing Persons Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Ms. Moquin.

On November 18, 2014 around 1:00 p.m. Ms. Moquin completed her dialysis treatment and was last seen leaving Fresenius Medical Care located in the 3500 block of Wilshire Blvd.  Ms. Moquin may be in need of medical attention and uses a walker to ambulate.  Her family is very concerned because she has not returned home.

Lola Moquin is described as a 79-year-old female Hispanic, with black and white hair and brown eyes.  She stands 4 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs around 160 pounds.  She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black sweatpants.
