LAPD and City Officials Offer Halloween Safety Tips Event Includes Children’s Costume Parade

A news conference to emphasize Halloween safety tips for children and their families.  Event will include a parade of elementary school children in Halloween costumes and a cautionary display of traditionally wrapped candy and how it would look if laced with marijuana.
