Driver Arrested in Hit-and-Run Incident that Kills Infant Citizen Assisted Police in Directing Them to Suspect WHAT: News conference to announce the arrest of a driver involved in a hit-and-run accident that killed an 11-month-old infant and seriously injured a five-year-old girl.
