Driver Arrested in Hit-and-Run Incident that Kills Infant

Citizen Assisted Police in Directing Them to Suspect

WHAT:   
News conference to announce the arrest of a driver involved in a hit-and-run accident that killed an 11-month-old infant and seriously injured a five-year-old girl.

Monday, Feb. 2, 2009 1 p.m.

Rigoberto Lizarraga (citizen who helped direct police to suspect after he left the scene)
