Serial Street Robbery Suspect Wanted

West Los Angeles: West Los Angeles Area Detectives are investigating a series of street robberies that have occurred between May 15, 2001, through August 22, 2001. The suspect has been identified as Trevor Damaurn Woods. The Los Angeles County District Attorney Office has filed robbery charges and an arrest warrant has been issued.
Woods confronts victims as they exit the garage or alley carport areas between 10:30 p.m. through 10:45 p.m. He points a semi-automatic handgun at the victims and demands their wallet, purse, or jewelry. He has struck victims on the head, placed them in a chokehold, and pushed them down to the ground. Woods has also threatened to shoot the victims. Woods is considered armed and dangerous and has an additional federal probation warrant outstanding.
Woods is described as a male Black, 6’1", 212 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and date of birth of 12-4-1967. Woods is also known as "T-Dub."
