Los Angeles: On August 29, 2003 at about 11:30 a.m., a female Hispanic victim in her mid-twenties was at her place of employment in East Wilmington. Her fellow employees left for lunch and the rear door to the business was left unlocked. The victim was working at her desk when she noticed the suspect with a towel wrapped around his hand, holding a dark object. The suspect said he had a gun and told the victim to follow him.

The suspect grabbed the victim and began to beat her. The suspect tore the victim’s clothing and lowered his pants in an attempt to sexually assault the victim. The suspect continued to beat the victim, dragging her from room to room. The victim struggled with the suspect and screamed for help causing the suspect run out of the front door.
The suspect is described as a 25-30 year-old male Black with short brown hair, brown eyes, 5’11"-6’0" tall, weighing 170 to 180 pounds, and clean shaven appearance.
