ATM Robbery Suspects Sought

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Wilshire Robbery Detectives are investigating an ATM robbery.
On September 9, 2005, at about 10:00 PM, the victim, Jesus Agustin, was withdrawing money from a Wells Fargo ATM, located at 3550 Wilshire Boulevard.  Two suspects approached Mr. Agustin from behind.  One of them placed a handgun against the right side of Mr. Agustin’s neck and demanded that he withdraw cash from the ATM and “turn it over.”  The other suspect removed Mr. Agustin’s jewelry and wallet.  The suspects ran away and entered a waiting car.
The armed suspect was described as a male Black with black hair, brown eyes, between 6 feet and 6 feet 3 inches tall and about 175 pounds.  He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and long blue shorts.

The unarmed suspect was described as a male Black with black hair, brown eyes, between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs between 145 and 155 pounds.  He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The suspects’ vehicle was an unknown model dark colored hatchback.
