36-Year-Old Man Missing in Los Angeles NR15302jr

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Person's Unit is asking for the public's help in locating Ismael Ochoa.

Mr. Ismael Ochoa was last seen on August 30, 2015, around 5 p.m., in the 1300 block of Ingraham Street, in the City of Los Angeles. Ismael Ochoa was last seen wearing a white V-neck t-shirt, blue pants, a baseball cap, and black sandals. Ismael Ochoa's family is concerned that he has not returned or been located and suffers from debilitating medical issues. Ismael Ochoa is described as a 36-year-old male Hispanic with black hair, brown eyes, 5'6", and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Mr. Ochoa cannot move his left arm and he walks with a limp.
