Man Stabbed to Death

Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department detectives need the public’s help in locating the person(s) responsible for the stabbing death of a 42-year-old man.

On Saturday, September 6, 2008, at about 11:55 p.m., officers from the West Valley Area responded to a death investigation radio call in the 21900 block of Ventura Boulevard, where they found the victim lying on the ground in the rear parking lot, suffering from multiple stab wounds.  

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene where the victim was pronounced dead.

The motive for the stabbing is unknown.   

The suspect is described as a heavy set Caucasian male, wearing light-color clothing.

The victim’s identification is being withheld pending notification to his next of kin.
