What:
Fallen Officer Spree Desha’s parents will attend roll call at North Hollywood Division.

When:
Monday, September 15, 2008
2:00 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.

Where:
North Hollywood Area Community Police Station
11640 Burbank Blvd.
North Hollywood, CA 91601

Who:

        Officers from North Hollywood Area
Mr. Alan Moran, Officer Desha’s Father
        Ms.Sha Moran, Officer Desha’s Mother

Why:
On September 12, 2008, Officer Spree Desha was among those who lost their lives as the result of the tragic Metrolink collision in Chatsworth.  Officer Desha’s parents will attend the divisional p.m. watch roll call, meet the officers who worked with Officer Desha in the years she served the North Hollywood communities and get a sense of what a typical work day would have been like for their daughter.

Although the p.m. watch roll call is not open to the media, Officer Desha’s parents will meet with members of the media and share their thoughts, experiences and appreciation for the outpouring of community support at this difficult time prior to attending the private roll call with Officer Desha’s partners and supervisors.  Members of the media are asked to arrive and check in at the front desk at North Hollywood Station by 1:45 p.m.
