Man Approached And Shot To death

Los Angeles: West Los Angeles Homicide detectives are investing the shooting death of a Male Hispanic approximately 23-25 years old. The shooting occurred on Tuesday, January 13, 2004, at about 5:30 p.m., on the 2300 block of Chariton Street.
Three suspects described as Male Hispanics with shaved heads approached the victim on foot. One of the suspects asked the victim a question and then shot him. The victim, sustained gunshot wounds and died at the scene.
The victim has not been identified pending notification of relatives. The motive and the identity of the suspect (s) are unknown and are believed to be gang related.
