Death Investigation

 
Los Angeles – On Thursday, March 8, 2001, at 5:00 P.M., West Los Angeles detectives responded to 1438½ Robertson Boulevard to conduct an investigation into a human body which had been found at that location.
The responding detectives located the body of a female, which was in the advanced stages of decomposition. The body was between the buildings, and the evidence suggested the body had been at this location for several weeks. The clothes on the body matched those of an elderly immigrant woman who had been reported missing by her family on January 23, 2001. The cause of death has not been determined.
