Los Angeles Man Fatally Shot in Dispute

Los Angeles: 77th Street Homicide Detectives are investigating the shooting death of a 29-year-old Los Angeles man on March 21, 2005.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. that evening, in the 2100 block of West 54th Street, the man, Kirk Card, was involved in a dispute with the suspect, a male black, when the suspect produced a pistol and shot him. Mr. Card was struck in the chest and died at the scene.
The suspect and weapon are still outstanding. No further suspect information was available.
