A news conference to announce Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks’ sponsorship of a  reward in connection with the killing of 31-year-old Herbert Eugene Seymour Jr. who was gunned down from behind in the street for no apparent reason on the evening of Feb. 9, 2010.

To offer an incentive to the community in the hope that someone has information about the tragic killing and will come forward to the police. Seymour was the father of two children and employed by Best Buy retail stores.
