WHO: MOTHER AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS OF VICTIM, HANNAH BELL Councilmember Marqeece Harris-Dawson or other Representatives from Council District 8 Deputy Chief Dennis Kato, Commanding Officer, Operations-South Bureau Commander Jeff Nolte, Assistant Commanding Officer, Operations-South Bureau Captain Peter Whittingham, Commanding Officer, South Bureau Homicide Division Investigating Officers, and other personnel from South Bureau Homicide Division Representatives from various community organizations

WHY: Los Angeles Police Department personnel will be holding a news conference to inform the public of the pending $50,000 reward for information leading to the identity, arrest and conviction of the suspect responsible for the murder of Hannah Bell. The victim’s mother, other family members, and representatives from various community organizations will also be making an appeal to the broader South Los Angeles community to help in locating the suspect who killed Hannah Bell.
