Why:
During the 2006 Holiday Season, Rampart Area will be working closely with the Korean community to focus on crime reduction. The enforcement strategies will include crime information bulletins, community meetings, and a crime suppression task force throughout the remainder of the year, etc. Crime prevention brochures will be handed out to the attendees.

The presence of the Korean media for the news conference will be a valuable partnership in the Department’s efforts of reducing crime.
