Los Angeles: Traffic detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding a driver involved in a hit and run traffic collision on Hollywood Boulevard and Gramercy Place.
On Thursday, July 4, 2008, at around 1:40 a.m., an unidentified male victim was walking southbound Hollywood Boulevard in a marked crosswalk, when a possible silver vehicle driving westbound on Hollywood Boulevard, struck him. The driver of the vehicle failed to stop to identify himself and render aid to the injured victim as required by law.
The victim was transported to a local hospital.
The driver of the hit and run vehicle is described as a male Black, 5’8 to 6’0 feet tall, weighs between 170-175 pounds, and has corn rows. There was a passenger in the vehicle described only as a male Hispanic.
