Los Angeles: A 46-year-old man was found dead in his residence by family members, early Monday afternoon.
On January 24, 2011, at about 1:15 p.m., family members of Andrew Todd Cherry went to check on him at residence in the 1400 block of West 53rd Street. When Cherry did not answer their knocks at the door, they forced entry into the home and discovered him unresponsive and lifeless.
Los Angeles City Fire Paramedic Personnel were called and pronounced Cherry dead at scene.
Detectives are still investigating the motive for the murder and there is no suspect information.
