Liquor Store Robbery Captured on Video NR11231lpk

Los Angeles: Detectives are
asking for the public’s help in identifying three suspects seen on
video during a robbery.
On April 10, 2011, at
10:30 p.m., three men entered a liquor store near the 6000 block of
South Avalon Boulevard in South Los Angeles. Two of the suspects
walked to the rear of the market as the gunman remained near the
cash register and pointed a semi-automatic handgun at the cashier.
One of the suspects then climbed over the counter, pushed the
cashier out of the way and removed money from the register. The
remaining suspect ordered another employee to the ground and
searched his pockets during the robbery. The suspects then left
with an undisclosed amount of money. Detectives believe the three
suspects have committed several other robberies.

The suspects were described as African American men in their early
twenties. Suspect one was described as 5 feet eight inches tall
and 170 pounds. The second suspect was described as 6 feet tall
and weighing 170 pounds. The third suspect was listed at 5 feet 7
inches and 160 pounds.
